Intense red color and a complex aroma of red fruits with a predominance of currants and raspberries is complemented by delicate mint with a mineral note. On the palate, a soft wine with a delicate tannin and clearly noticeable acidity. To fully enjoy the potential of this wine, it is worth decanting it before consumption. Aging potential around 10 years.
Txakoli Katxina – the fruity character of the variety + the breath of the Cantabrian Sea = freshness, fruit and elegant minerality. The aromatic intensity translates into a full flavor remaining on the taste buds for a long time.
The wine is fermented all in tank and aged in new French oak. Deep purple/opaque colored and offering awesome notes of blueberries, liquid violets, plums, mint, and graphite, this beauty has bright, juicy acidity, gorgeous fruit, fine tannin and a great, great finish. Les Crestes has fantastic notes of black cherries, blackberries, graphite, graphite chips, violets and beautiful minerals emerging from glass. This beautiful wine is riped, full, round and incredibly velvety on the palate with a sweet tannins at the end.
With bright ruby red brick tones, typical of the breed. It has red fruit, coffee and roasted aromas of pepper, woods and characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon. With a creamy flavour and hints of red fruits. Balanced with ripe tannins and good on the palate.
Deep cherry red in colour with garnet tones; complex aromas
of ripe red fruits (raspberry, blackberry and blackcurrant) a meaty, powerful and fruity flavour, with very well-integrated, fine-wood tannins which endow it with a long and persistent pass through the mouth.
Not filtered wine. Deep cherry in colour with violet hues. On the nose there is a subtle aroma of wild fruit, nutmeg and paprika.
On the palate it is rich and pleasant with an evolution to red fruits, toffee and spices. A different wine.

The wine has a black cherry colour with a high and shiny layer. Aromas are highly complex and personal, with ripped fruit and minerals. As it opens, the aromas become more complex and spicy, with very nice balsamics notes. Tannins are sweet and pleasant on its passage through the mouth, constituting a nice harmony between wood and fruit with a very long aftertaste.
The wine presents a range of red and purple colours characteristics. If we take it to the nose there are very marked notes of red fruit and flowers that can be appreciated, then spices and vanilla coming from the barrel. In mouth it is soft, flavourful and well
balanced, with an integrated tannin.
A wine which shows all the features of the real rosé de provence where we maximized the syrah and garnacha expression. The result is an attractive and elegant wine with a great personality. Taste is smooth, round, delicate including many
raspberry or strawberry notes with a long and full of different hues finish.

It is “Vi del Vent” (The Wine of the Wind), a very personal product of the cellar born in 2008. It is created due to the “Fira del Vent” (Fair of the Wind) in the village El Pla de Santa Maria, from which its officially takes its name.
