Cairats Seleccion Merlot is made from 20% wine aged in amphoras and 80% aged in oak barrels for 16 months. The next 18 months, the wine after maturing in the bottle. Annual production is only 720 bottles. Ideally suited to beef, venison, pork, blue cheese.
