Secco Carlo is a slightly sparkling wine in the style of Italian Prosecco. Fresh acidity with citrus and apples aromas go perfecly with light bubbles. It tastes best when chilled. But never resort to the freezer, because ice-cold Secco loses its aroma.
The name indicates, that this vineyard was traditionally owned by the church – the best proof for prime vineyards. An intense nose with a hint of ripe apples, quinces, apricots, citrus and honey is complemented by a mineral note. On the palate the pleasant sweetness harmoniously penetrates the acidity. Surprising length and “aftertaste”.
