Very crystal clear, with a pale yellow, golden cast wine. The nose is very typical of an NZ Sauvignon Blanc, with tropical fruit and grass prominent. There are a zesty lemon notes as well.

Upon first sip a bit of acid yet fruity notes. It is a bit spicy in the middle, with grassy notes and a little bit of minerality. A long finish with lemon notes.
