Les Crestes has fantastic notes of black cherries, blackberries, graphite, graphite chips, violets and beautiful minerals emerging from glass. This beautiful wine is riped, full, round and incredibly velvety on the palate with a sweet tannins at the end.
It shines with its balance of elegance and freshness. You can expect a typical and beautiful “Burgundy flavour” in the nose, very harmonious, soft and also powerful. The berry notes are surrounded by well-tempered hints of cocoa and tobacco.
After that we are rewarded with a tasty and fruity Pinot Noir that is showing us its complete fruit power of juicy dark cherries, plums and young strawberries as well as a decent cool spiciness with subtle chocolate melt .
With bright ruby red brick tones, typical of the breed. It has red fruit, coffee and roasted aromas of pepper, woods and characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon. With a creamy flavour and hints of red fruits. Balanced with ripe tannins and good on the palate.
The bouquet is fruity and delicate with hints of raspberry, blueberry and plum mixed sensations of undegrowth and delicate spices. In the mouth it is full and dry with typical fruity flavours of its variety.

As it opens, the aromas become more complex and spicy, with very nice balsamics notes. Tannins are sweet and pleasant on its passage through the mouth, constituting a nice harmony between wood and fruit with a very long aftertaste.
