The wine is fermented all in tank and aged in new French oak. Deep purple/opaque colored and offering awesome notes of blueberries, liquid violets, plums, mint, and graphite, this beauty has bright, juicy acidity, gorgeous fruit, fine tannin and a great, great finish. After a deep ruby-purple color we are greeted by the beautiful smell of blueberries, violets, graphite and iris flower. Simply wildly pure, aromatic and complex, full of richness wine that flows through the palate without weight, with amazing tannin quality, no sharp edges.

This deep, ruby-violet beautiful wine offers a wonderful bouquet of blueberries, raspberries, violets and traces of resinous herbs and flowers. Medium to full body, with a light, graceful, elegant consistency that simply flows through the palate.

Les Crestes has fantastic notes of black cherries, blackberries, graphite, graphite chips, violets and beautiful minerals emerging from glass. This beautiful wine is riped, full, round and incredibly velvety on the palate with a sweet tannins at the end.
