Fermentation at low temperature preserves the peculiar, primary aromas of grapes. Juicy, fruity wine with good acidity and pleasant sweetness. The taste of this full velvety wine is pierced with red fruit jam and a mixture of spices and bitter chocolate. Balanced tannins in the background give it character.
Light, round wine, despite well-sensed tannins, has a harmonious fresh taste. Currant and cherry in the nose, Saperavi features delicately subdued with plum and smoke.
Ruby colour turning into a riped pomegranate, in the nose red fruits with a distinct cherry, blackberry and coffee notes in the background. Well-structured taste with character, though tamed with acidity and strong tannins.
