Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense ruby color. Red wine full of nuances of wood aromas with penetrating notes of herbs and a fruity background with strawberry jam and blueberries in the lead role. All seasoned with spicy notes of black pepper and cloves.
Cabernet Sauvignon is matured for 5 months in oak barrels to round off its rather high tannin content. Still fresh, so you can enjoy a glass on its own or with red meat, dishes with truffles or mature cheeses.
