Prosecco Rose Brut Sanfeletto has a light pink color, extremely clear and luminous. A moderate amount of sugar and a delicate, persistent, non-aggressive perlage make it a unique wine. The nose is delighted with the delicate aromas of wisteria, acacia and green apples with notes of rose, violets and undergrowth berries. Lively acidity, freshness and confirmation of the aromatic preview are noticeable on the palate.

In 2021, the Prosecco appelation allowed the vinification of rosé wine. At least 85% must be the Glera variety. In response, Sanfeletto prepared its Roseblanc, which is an ideal proposition as an aperitif or with vegetable risotto, fish, white meat, young cheeses.
