Cava Manelan Brut Reserva has a pale yellow color. In the glass it opens aromas of fruit such as green apples with a delicate hint of fresh brioche. This is the effect of long aging of wine on the settlement. Fresh cava on the palate with a mild onset and pleasant acidity.

Cava Manelam Brut Reserva produced by the champagne method, ripens on the lees for a minimum of 18 months. Delicate bubbles and fruitiness make it an ideal proposition for an aperitif in the company of fish, sushi, seafood or white meat.
