Cava Manelam Brut has a pale straw color. The nose clearly has aromas of fresh fruit such as apples and peaches with subtle brioche notes. Fresh, moderately dry cava with a pleasant acidity on the palate.

Cava Manelam Brut produced by the champagne method, ripens on the lees for a minimum of 9 months. Delicate bubbles and fruitiness make it an ideal proposition for an aperitif in the company of fish, sushi, seafood or white meat.
