Valdelacierva Reserva Limited Edition is a wine made from grapes from a vineyard more than 140 years old in the Baños de Ebro region. It has a deep, cherry color with navy blue reflections. An intense, harmonious and attractive aroma ranging from milky notes to a strong fruity aroma of black currants and plums with mineral notes characteristic of the Rioja Alavesa region. Valdelacierva is a winery established in 1988. Reserva Limited Edition is made only in the best years and the label shows the number of bottles produced. The wine is fermented in new oak barrels and then matured for 12 months in new French barrels, 14 months in second-use barrels and 15 months in the bottle. It tastes great with beef, pork, lamb, venison and mature cheese.
