Sweet Sauternes has a golden color and wonderful notes of linden flower. The delicate grapefruit flavor develops with the time of ripening into the characteristic aromas of citrus fruits, quince, apricot jam and honey.

The castle was built at the end of the 18th century, designed by Victor Louis, the architect of the Grand Théatre de Bordeaux. In the quiet courtyard stands a small cat and a huge dog. Nothing here is ostentatious or effective, but the wines created in the Rabaud-Promis estate have a lot to say. On 40 hectares of the estate, 33 hectares of vineyard – 80% Sémillon, 20% Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyard is managed by Michèle, Philippe and Thomas Déjean.
