Ylirum is a wine with an intense cherry color. The nose is dominated by aromas of red and forest fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry). Once aerated, licorice aromas appear, with spicy notes in the background. Soft in the mouth, intensely fruity, offering a harmonious balance between ripe fruit and aromas coming from the barrel aging – spicy and vanilla.

Ylirum Crianza is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. It combines two rather mild grape varieties and due to moderate tannins it will be perfect match with meat sauces, grilled meat and cheeses.
