Valdelacierva Montepedriza has an intense, dazzling ruby color. Very complex, intense aromas of flowers and black fruit invite you on a journey that, when oxygenated, releases more balsamic and herbal notes such as thyme and fennel. The wood is well integrated into the wine and complements the fruity aromas with notes of cocoa and black pepper. Long and velvety in the mouth with nicely rounded tannins and a clear acidity.

Valdelacierva Montepedriza is a wine made from a vineyard planted in 1935 at an altitude of 625 meters above sea level. Each bottle has its own wooden box and a label with the number of the bottle. About 2,000 bottles of this unique wine are produced annually, which will be a perfect match for lamb, beef, game and cheese.
