Rive San Piero is a light straw yellow color. The aroma is exceptionally rich for Prosecco, with floral notes of acacia and wisteria, with a citrus complement of lemon and verbena. For this ripe pear, white peach and apricot. On the palate, a pleasant sour freshness, emphasized by a rich and creamy sparkling, gives the impression of pleasant softness. The richness of the aromatic bouquet also returns in taste, confirming the elegant, floral and fruity character of the wine, which is complemented by a distinct minerality.
Prosecco Rive San Piero is second only to Cortiza in a five-step quality pyramid. The vineyard is located where the earth, rich in iron, is red colored. The hand-picked grapes are gently pressed, fermented slowly, and then the wine is matured for at least 2 months before bottling. It is the perfect aperitif or match to appetizers, fish, seafood, young cheeses.
