This off-dry Riesling from the location Herrenberg is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation takes place with a temperature of approx. 15°C and last several weeks. The result: a harmonious wine with a dynamic interaction between freshness and fruitiness.
Thanks to the medium sweet style, this Riesling goes extremely well with chicken and aromatic, spicy-hot or sweet-and-sour dishes.
