The CAMU family exploits this famous Terroir for 6 generations and brings all his attention to extract some very fine wines, which are renowned for ageing. Registered to the Elite of the best world’s wines, the CHABLIS can be defined as a dry, fruity, mineral, clear and light white wine. It comes exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety. Perfect with festive dishes, fishes, seafood, shellfish, smoked salmon or snail of Bourgogne, the Chablis could also amaze the fine gastronomes with white meats in sauce, lamp curry, or why not, in aperitif ! The estate, with an area of 13 hectares surrounding the village of Chablis, is comprised of the appellations Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy, Chablis 1er Cru Montmains, Chablis 1r Cru Lechets and Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos. The Domaine can be proud to receive lots of awards delivered during the famous tasting competitions of Macon or Bordeaux, as well as some best opinions of the Guide Hachette des Vins.
