On the palate a rich structure with silky tannins and noticeable minerality. Elegant, full-bodied, well-balanced, with a very long aftertaste.

Basilia Resrva Old Vines Premium is made of the oldest vines of a BIO certified vineyard (vines over 80 years old). The wine is then matured in new oak barrels for 14 months, and then in a bottle for a few years. The whole process transfers strong tannins in a silky background, and the rich taste and body are the perfect company for lamb, beef and game dishes.
