Vidadillo Manguante has a deep ruby color with a red border, the aroma of cherry compote, citrus, field herbs with the addition of bay leaf and eucalyptus. The wine is full with marked acidity, which ensures longevity, round tannins and a pleasant spicy finish.

Menguante means “decreasing moon” because in biodynamic viticulture barrels are placed at night, when the moon disappears for fear that the gravitational force of the fuller moon will attract sediment from the bottom of the barrel.
