Attractive green colour, with steel glints. It has typical Verdejo aromas such as fresh cut grass, tropical fruits and aniseed, with mineral notes. In palate it is a fresh, pleasant and creamy wine, with a long after-taste. It has fruity, greasy and sweeping flavours.
An aging proces with lees for three months with weekly batonnage. Optimal serving temperature between
7 and 9 ºC. It accompanies well fish dishes, sea food, soft cheese and pizza.
